1st post ever!

I starting reading food/fitness blogs a couple of weeks ago through an article I read in Health magazine. It made me see how other women my age eat healthy and exercise. I've ALWAYS been a runner, but the nutrition part I've always stuggled through because of eating disorder issues. By reading other peoples food blogs though it has inspired me to adopt better eating habits and realize what I've been missing out on!
I want to pot pictures of what I eat and how I train for my 5k and 10k runs, but need to get in a good rhythym first. Which means after summer school is out:(
