Fast Thursday

This morning blew past me again. Kitty woke me up @ 5am meowing and really hungry! So I got up and fed her and then couldn't fall back asleep. I watched the news and made some breakfast. This is a reused picture, but what I had was very similar:
  • Cinnamon Puffins (what did I do without this cereal for 24 years:)
  • Banana
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Raw almonds
  • Flaxseed
  • White Chocolate Peanut Butter (my new favorite!)

I then worked from 7:30-2:30 and it blew past, 2 of 9 days DONE! After work I went and got some fro-yo from Red Cherry because I forgot lunch and it was really hot, humidity wise today so I wanted something light and refreshing! I had a cup of lemon with kiwis, blueberries and strawberries!
Sorry for the bad picture, I swear it looked better and tasted better! I also added some nuts for protein, but didn't take a picture of it because it was melting and I was hungry!

I went for a run againg this afternoon. I found out that the park next to the lake I live at just opened new paths, which to a runner is HEAVEN!
I ran all over the park for an hour and 10 minutes, so probably 7-8 miles. I didn't wear my iPod + Nike today because my new iPod doesn't have my trasfered songs yet so it's weird running around with an iPod not even listening to the music:)
I have to go start making dinner quick, hubs comes home in 20 minutes. I'll be back with creative dinner pictures!
What was your favorite cereal growing up or now?
I actually never liked or ate cereal growing up, it wasn't until my senior year in high school I was addicted to Special K red berries, but then in college I hated cereal again! But now I can't live w/o my PUFFINS:)

What/where is Red Cherry? I live in Mpls.. and I was under the impression that we don't have any good fro-yo places?!

Favorite cereal - Great grains. I know.. weird cereal to like as a little kid. Favorite cereal SMELL - Alphabets cereal. Drive past the Malt-O-Meal factory in Northfield and it will bring back SOOO many memories!
