We then went to church and it was raining all night and it was really windy. I'm glad I'm working tonight so then I don't feel guilty about not running even though I'm tired!
After church I was starving and craving something very unnormal for me: MEAT and bread. I don't know where this craving came from but I went to the nearest gas station and gobbled up every bit. Very unlike me and I just gave it up to the weird weather and intense running this past week.
Not very nutritious either, but I never do this so back to normal tomorrow and I'm not worried because it hit the spot and was great!
I let myself dig in and know that I'm a runner and I'll eventually work it off, no big deal. Little cravings like this don't happen every day:)

Hey chica! I feel you on the WEIRD weather here! My run yesterday was gross and I am putting it down to the weather! I sometimes crave weird stuff/stuff I don't normally eat and usually if it's a big craving, I go with it - I figure it's my body's way of telling me it wants to try something new/different! Ha ha.
Heyy! Just stumbled upon your blog... I have overcome some ED stuff too, but more importantly, I also <333 running and baking! When I get a weird craving, I usually just go with it and know that my body is deficient of some nutrient in the out-of-the-ordinary food. =)
Hey girl, if you craved it and it satisfied you, then it's GOt to be nutritious, somehow! Guess your body just needed the extra protein and energy.
I get weird cravings, too. These days, all I wanna eat is fruits, fruits, fruits. But when the weather is cold, I start craving burgers and steaks!
What a yummy breakfast! I love cottage cheese mixtures for breakfast- so filling too!
I get weird cravings too! Usually for bread or nut butters.. lately it's a Dairy Queen blizzard!!
That's a great idea to put dill in salsa - I never would have thought of that! Thanks for the tip! :)
(PS, this is giving me a hard time posting my comment but FYI its Marathon Val.... for some reason it wont let me use my new ID!)
